Help with your collection.

Email support@exoticindex.com. Include the app version from Settings and a short description. Do not send original photos, exact coordinates, purchase receipts, or app-user identifiers unless support asks for a specific item through an approved private channel.

Keep your collection safe

Your iPhone collection is primary. In Settings, use Export My Collection to create an importable private backup before replacing your phone, removing the app, or troubleshooting storage. It can contain original photos and private location metadata, so store it securely. Restore Collection Backup adds missing cars and event albums without overwriting items already in your garage.

Name and organize a car

Enter what you know manually, keep the sighting as a mystery car, or connect it as another encounter with a car already in your garage. The launch version does not upload photos for remote vehicle recognition.

Pro or purchase help

Open Settings, choose Restore Purchases, and confirm that the same Apple Account made the purchase. Manage Subscription opens Apple’s controls for weekly and yearly plans; the one-time lifetime unlock does not renew. Purchase restoration restores eligible Pro access. To recover collection data, connect the same Apple Account under Pro Cloud Archive and choose Restore Missing Items.

Delete your data

Open Settings and choose Delete All My Data. If cloud data may exist, keep the app open while it confirms deletion. A failed step remains retryable and does not silently clear the local evidence needed to finish.
